The Client
Hound Ceramics Studio
Hound Ceramics Studio is a Fremantle-based pottery studio shaped by clay, craft, and community. Their space invites creation — a place where hands meet earth, and art finds its rhythm. When they came to Orpheus Creative, they sought to bring that same tactile beauty into the digital world — a website that embodied warmth, artistry, and ease.
The studio’s original Wix website, though functional, couldn’t carry the weight of their story. It lacked the emotion and structure that defined their work. Navigation was clumsy, search visibility was low, and the site didn’t reflect the care or craftsmanship found in the studio itself. Hound Ceramics needed a new digital home — one that would elevate their brand, manage workshops and memberships with clarity, and create a seamless journey for their growing audience.
We rebuilt their online presence from the ground up — designing a custom Shopify website that balanced beauty and performance. Every page was considered, every interaction intentional — from workshop bookings and eCommerce to calendar management and memberships.
A professional photoshoot captured the studio’s tone and texture, giving the brand a visual identity as refined as its ceramics. The imagery flowed through the site and into social media, creating a cohesive and elevated presence.
We also provided training sessions for Sophia, empowering her to manage bookings, update products, and maintain the site independently — creative control made simple.
The result was transformative. The new website not only redefined Hound Ceramics Studio’s digital identity but also amplified its reach and revenue. Organic traffic increased, customer feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and bookings through both the website and social media saw a notable rise.
Sophia described the experience as “beyond what she imagined” — a site that finally felt like her brand. Since launch, we’ve continued to collaborate — refining, evolving, and ensuring the site remains as dynamic as the art it represents.
